On Jan 16th we had the pleasure of hosting the inspirational Dr. Rangan Chatterjee at our offices here in Dublin to speak about his new book ‘The 4 Pillar Plan’. The book centres on 4 keys elements needed for good health, EAT, MOVE, SLEEP, RELAX.
Today we bring you Dr. Chatterjee’s tips for SLEEP – watch the following video and see the small changes you can make to help you sleep better and thus reduce stress, cortisol levels and more.
